Ludens Works (“the Company”) acts as the data controller under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and applicable international data protection regulations. This notice explains how personal data collected through our website is processed.
2. Personal Data Collected
Through our contact / CRM analysis request form, we collect and process your name, email address, and the content of any message you send us.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed to evaluate your requests, respond to your inquiries, present our services, manage our communications, and—if you provide explicit consent—to send commercial electronic communications.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK: your explicit consent, the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests. Commercial electronic messages are only sent with your explicit opt-in consent.
5. Data Sharing
Your personal data may be shared solely with our service providers (such as email delivery infrastructure and hosting providers) to the extent necessary for the purposes above, under appropriate security measures and contractual safeguards. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing unless legally required.
6. Data Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the processing purposes and to comply with applicable legal retention periods. Once these periods expire, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about the processing, learn the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly, identify third parties to whom your data is transferred, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, request deletion or destruction, request that corrections or deletions be communicated to third parties, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
